Refund Policy
At The Native Art Gallery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality and customized artworks that meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully:
1.Non- Customized items

Refunds are available for non-customized items if returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
2. Customized items

Customized orders, including sketches, portraits, oil paintings, and digital artworks, are non-refundable once the design is approved by customer or production process has started.

Refunds for customized orders will only be issued if the final artwork does not match at least 70% of the reference image provided.

3. Damage on Arrival:

If the artwork arrives damaged (e.g., frame or canvas damage), we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs for assessment.

4. Late Orders:

Due to the creative process involved, delays may occasionally occur. We do not offer refunds for late deliveries.

We will keep you informed about the progress and estimated completion time.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at contact@thenativeartgallery.in with your order number and photographs (if applicable).

Once your request is approved, we will process the refund or initiate the replacement.
