  • Production timelines and pricing will be communicated before finalizing the order.

All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your payment information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

(a) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

(b) Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery times range from 5 to 7 days for ready-made artworks.

  • Customized orders will require additional time, which will be communicated during the order process.

(c) International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping. Additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.

4. Returns & Exchanges

​

(a) Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at thenativeartgallery@gmailcom with your order details and images of the damaged item.

(b) Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

​

(a) Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placing the order.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

(b) Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days upon approval of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
